Command Organization
DIRECTOR
Mission:
Develop and implement strategies that provide maximum procurement opportunities to small businesses while supporting the ACC in executing the Army's contracting mission that supports the Warfighter.
Vision:
A premier group of forward thinking acquisition professionals that provides quality customer service to the small business community and promotes teaming between internal and external customers.
Mission:
Internal Review and Audit Compliance Office (IRACO) is a special staff office that provides a full range of professional internal review services to the command. The IRACO mission is to support the ACC leadership and ACC organizations in improving accountability and compliance in the execution of their missions.
Vision:
Be the premier source to ACC's decision-makers for professional, objective, timely, and relevant information and strategies for achieving continuous organizational improvement and accountability.
Mission:
Determine the state of the economy, efficiency, discipline, morale, and readiness throughout the command as directed by the commanding general. Serve as an extension of the ACC commander's eyes, ears, voice, and conscience. Conduct inspections to assess ACC's capability to conduct its wartime and peacetime missions. Conduct investigations or inquiries into allegations of mismanagement, unethical behavior, fraud, or misconduct and violations of policy, regulation or law. Provide assistance to all ACC Soldiers, family members, and civilians. Use, teach and train the workforce, providing information about Army systems, processes, and procedures while assisting, inspecting and investigating. Monitor the effectiveness of IG functions throughout the command and provide advice and assistance to subordinate IG offices as required.

A dedicated team of professionals continuously working to provide quality and timely Inspector General services who are focused on support to the mission and responsive to the needs of the commanding general, the ACC headquarters' staff, subordinate units and the Soldiers, civilians and families of the ACC community.

Serve as the ACC advocate, advisor, and manager of the overall command civilian Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) program in order to provide management, oversight, direction and program evaluation for all assigned EEO programs while creating a work environment free from discrimination, while valuing diversity.

Mission:
- Provide competent and timely legal and policy advice to commanders, staff, and subordinates on ethics, fiscal law, information and privacy law, and issues affecting contracting operations.

Plan and manage ACC Operations by providing current, innovative, and standardized policies and procedures for all matters concerning the training, plans and operations, doctrine and force development, and anti-terrorism security programs for the US Army Contracting Command.

The ACC Office of the CIO provides leadership and advocacy for the Information Technology (IT) and Information Assurance (IA) requirements of the U.S. Army Contracting Command. We apply innovative and value-driven IT solutions to meet our clients' requirements, we are committed to excellence in customer service, and we deploy the technology solutions needed to facilitate knowledge sharing and increase organizational efficiency and effectiveness.

The vision of the ACC Office of the CIO is to provide the information technology strategy and resources required to enhance communication, collaboration and consolidation of effort across the the U.S. Army Contracting Command.
Mission:
To manage financial and manpower resources in support of global contracting and lead the resource management process by directing and executing programming, planning, budgeting, accounting and funds control functions across the command. Provide policy, advice and assistance on all resource management functions.
Vision:
To maintain a highly qualified resource management staff fostering open and cooperative relationships with all. To work as an integrated team providing premiere budgeting, accounting, programming, and manpower support to subordinate commands and contracting centers to ensure high success in achieving ACC, AMC, and Army mission, vision, goals, and objectives.

The Office of Public and Congressional Affairs communicates ACC's contributions and value to the warfighter to its key stakeholders, including the public, Congress and industry, to increase understanding and support for the Command's mission, operations and people.
Vision:
An experienced and innovative team of Public and Congressional Affairs professionals providing quality communications counsel and support that enhances the accomplishment of the ACC mission.
Mission:
To facilitate and expedite the timely and accurate flow of information to Congress from the Army Contracting Command (ACC).
Mission:
Serve as the ACC advocate, advisor and manager of the overall command Historical Program in order to preserve, critically interpret, disseminate, and teach military history; provide historical advice; and stimulate historical mindedness within the command.
Vision:
Maintain a fully integrated and resourced Historical Program that serves the command by providing relevant and timely historical products and services.
